From concept to site migration to site maintenance.
Design
After you contact us, we get some basic information about your church or Christian non-profit. We then build you a a beta website that is functional but not yet complete. It is fully functional and gives church leaders an opportunity to explore the vision for the site and determine if they want to move forward with the full design process.
The important thing to remember, it is just a starting point. Our goal is to give you the best site available based on your mission and vision. We work closely with you to accomplish this. There are no costs or obligation to move forward. It is completely your decision. If you find another web solution and decide to move in another direction, we are happy that your church has found the process that is right for you.
If your church decides to move forward we begin our partnership in ministry. Our goal is to work closely with you, receive important feedback and content necessary to build out the site. This process usually runs pretty smoothly as we communicate regularly. We even come to your church and worship with you as we take professional pictures and produce your welcome video. By doing so, we get to know you and your congregation to best present your unique ministry.
Throughout the design process, you get to see our progress as we publish our changes to your beta site link. During this process you get to see the design as it develops and give immediate feedback on design changes.
When building your site, we use the latest in web design technology while making sure that we keep our costs as low as possible for our partners.
Now the good news. We work with you through to site publication at no risk or obligation to you. If you don’t like the final product you do not have to use the site. This has never really happened. Our partners get the exact site they desire and you can see the Testimonial Page to get their reaction to our process and monthly pricing. Our design cost is ministry priced between $150 and $500 depending on the size of your church or organization.
Monthly Website Maintenance
Our all inclusive “web back office” maintenance program is provided at a low monthly fee. Our partnership places us as your web technology experts just like we were sitting in your church office. This service is done at the lowest price available and saves you thousands of dollars each year. Most important, you can focus on the work of the Kingdom rather than the technology necessary to reach the lost and seeking of your community.
